Focus. Strategize. Grow

We work with grassroots and nonprofit organizations to build capacity, strengthen and develop programs, and create strategies around fundraising, community outreach, and advocacy. Together we will develop strategies that are tailored specifically to your mission, culture, and challenges. Operating, sustaining and scaling the work of grassroots and nonprofit organizations is not easy, we are here to help!

Capacity Building

Create, organize, or restructure the organization for improved outcomes or scaling. Together we implement a strategic plan based on the goals and mission of the organization.

Project Development

Lead the process of planning and allocating resources to fully develop a project from concept to execution. This typically consists of five phases: discovery, allocation, kickoff, quality assurance, review and report.

Nonprofit Management

Evaluate and create recommendations on unique management challenges of your organization; we work with your executive team to evaluate and strengthen management tactics and procedures.

Fundraising Strategies

Create an organizational fundraising strategy which includes grant writing and management, fundraising events, evaluate recommendations on revenue sources, and more!

WE ARE BILINGUAL. WE ARE BICULTURAL.
